DNA test results are delivered securely via email. For all legal and immigration test, If you would like a hard copy mailed to you, it can be requested at no additional charge. If you need additional copies or require the results to be notarized, those are available for an extra fee upon request. We do not disclose results over the phone to ensure confidentiality and accuracy. 

Absolutely. All client information and test results are kept strictly confidential.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

• Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Scheduled Test Date: Customers are eligible for a full refund.

• Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule your appointment one time at no extra charge.

• Recollections: If a recollection is required and a participant is unwilling or unable to comply, no refund will be issued. However, the appointment may be rescheduled.

• Refunds After Testing Has Begun: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the testing process has started or DNA kits and testing supplies have been shipped.

We offer a flexible biweekly payment plan option. Click “Book Appointment” at the top right corner of our page and select Flexible Payment Plan (it’s the last option at the bottom). A team member will then call you within 24 business hours to go over details and send a secure payment link for your first installment.

If a minor is involved in the DNA testing, parental or legal guardian consent is required. This means the legal guardian will need to be at the appointment in order to give consent that the minor can be tested. We ensure all procedures are compliant with legal requirements to protect minors rights.

When it comes to establishing paternity, it’s important to know the difference between legal and non-legal DNA testing. A legal paternity test is used for official purposes such as child support, custody cases, adding a father’s name to a birth certificate, or immigration. These tests follow a strict chain of custody process, which means the DNA samples must be collected by an approved professional with proper identification from all parties involved. Because of this, the results are court-admissible and can be used as legal evidence.

On the other hand, a non-legal paternity test, often referred to as a “peace of mind” test, is for personal use only. While the collection process is still professional and accurate, it doesn’t require the same documentation or chain of custody procedures. Because of this, the results cannot be used in court. This option is best if you’re simply looking to confirm paternity privately without needing the results for legal purposes.
